Working with Jen was a breath of fresh air she is very fast, motivated, responsive and knows all the details. After receiving bad advice from several different realtors on a rental property that I was backwards on. Jennifer told me exactly what to do in order to sell the place and within weeks it was sold. She had a great strategy as well, wait until tenants move out, small remodeling projects. Fresh paint everywhere, she even knew cheap contractors and landscapers. The neighboring houses took over a year to sell, I wanted to sell the house within a couple months because it was costing me lots of money without tenants. Her strategy was to price the home much lower than neighboring properties which caused lots of activity and buyers were literally having a bid war over the property. The street was mobbed with cars and drive-bys the house ended up selling for much more than originally anticipated! Overall I’m very satisfied with Jen. I found my realtor!
