I was relocated to New Haven area at the end of 2016 so I needed to find an apartment before the new year starts. Roseann was very helpful in every step. As a good real estate agent, she is patient, professional, and meticulous in getting all the forms ready beforehand. What she impressed me the most was the fact that after I signed up the lease she didn’t just stop there. She followed up with the owner of the apartment and checked the condition (floor, light fixture, etc.) of the apartment. She got the keys before my lease starts and accommodate my request so that I could most a few items in a few days before my lease starts (aligned with property owner.) If I ever need to move to a different apartment (or even buy a property) I would definitely use her as my agent. (I found an apartment I like after two visits to see a few apartments that Roseann has on her list. The whole experience was much more smooth and efficient than I had originally expected.)
