I contacted Jack from out of state, to help locate housing for our student who was to attend Yale. He was an incredible help. His local knowledge was impressive. He had a place in mind that was perfect for our needs. We spent a couple of days with Jack and bought the place he recommended. It  was a perfect /safe location for our student. When our student graduated he sold the condo for us as well. Jack was professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
